Clash of Clans Support Refused to Unlock My Account

I have been playing Clash of Clans on an Android device, and my account was locked about a month ago. When I open the game, I see a warning saying that my account has been locked for security reasons and that I need to enter an unlock code to recover the account. I never received such a code, and I cannot access my village anymore. I contacted Clash of Clans support and tried to explain that the locked account belongs to me. However, support replied that it is not my account. They asked questions and details about the account and purchases that I could not fully remember, and because I could not provide all the information they requested, they did not help me unlock the account. I expect that my account ownership is checked again with the information that can be verified on your side, and that my account is unlocked so that I can access my village again. I request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly about what I need to do to recover it.
