Supercell ID Login Request Caused Me to Lose Access to My Clash of Clans Account
I had been logging into Clash of Clans on my Samsung A21s every day without any issues. However, on the morning of October 20, 2025, when I tried to open the game, I was suddenly met with two options: “Log in with Supercell ID” and “Play without Supercell ID.”
I have never created a Supercell ID, nor have I linked my village to Google Play Games or any other backup account. Because of this, I can’t access my original village and have no way to contact Supercell Support directly through the game.
I have already restarted my device and confirmed that I’m using the latest version of the app, but the issue persists. I haven’t deleted or reinstalled the game yet.
I’m requesting assistance in recovering my Clash of Clans account and restoring my saved progress so I can access my village again without losing my current game data.
