Clarity Chehk Subscription Charged Me Without Approval

I discovered that on June 9, my card was charged $32 by the Clarity Chehk mobile app, a people search service, without my knowledge or authorization. I never gave the app permission to process this payment, nor did I approve this charge. Having money taken from my card without my consent has caused me significant financial inconvenience and seriously damaged my trust in the service.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $32 charge and the immediate cancellation of my Clarity Chehk membership. I also ask that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated and that I receive a clear written explanation of what happened.
