CK-12 isn’t showing my grades, how can I restore them?

If CK-12 isn’t showing your grades, first check the assignment’s Reports section to see whether your score was recorded there.

CK-12 says grades may not appear when an assignment wasn’t properly submitted, especially if you opened it directly on CK-12 instead of through Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology.

If the grade is missing from both CK-12 and your school platform, reopen the assignment through the original LMS and make sure you click Turn In inside CK-12 before marking it complete there.
