My Allegedly New Citroen C3 Aircross Car Turns Out to Have a Painted Roof

I purchased a brand-new Citroen C3 Aircross from the Çetaş Citroen Dealer in Büyükçekmece on 02/11/2020. The dealer insisted on and charged me for mandatory motor protection film and ceramic coating during the purchase. Later, when deciding to sell the car and go for a new one, a customer discovered, upon inspection, that the roof of my supposedly new car, bought with trust in Citroen Turkey, had been completely repainted. No additional work had been done on the ceramic coating applied by the dealer, and there were no issues with the other parts of the car. The person ready to buy my car had already obtained a loan and was financially prepared, becoming a victim of this situation.
This has not only left me in an embarrassing situation but also caused both financial and emotional harm due to discovering that my supposedly new car had its roof painted. When we informed the dealer about the situation, they displayed a completely indifferent attitude, refusing any responsibility and suggesting we contact the general customer service center. Despite our persistence, we had to forcefully open a case with customer service and conduct a roof paint measurement. I urgently demand Stellantis Inc. to address and resolve this issue, compensating for the hardship we've endured. Must we distrust every "new" car we purchase and go for expert inspections? We urgently seek a solution before the price increase for the new car we plan to buy.
