Deceptive Car Purchase and Unresponsive Customer Service at Citroen

I bought a Citroen C4 from the Tas dealership in Bayrampaşa back in June. But since I had some doubts about the car, I decided to get it checked out. To my shock, the inspection revealed several discrepancies: the front hood had been replaced, there were micron-level differences throughout the car, except for the two left doors, and there were visible paint defects on the inside of the doors, under the hood, and inside the trunk. First, I took the car to Pilot Garage to get it checked out. Then, I reached out to Citroen Stellantis Turkey, the company that distributes the cars. They told me to bring the car to the authorized dealer so they could check it out more thoroughly. Even though the inspection results were the same as the expert's, it took Citroen Stellantis Turkey four weeks to reply. They said there was no problem and that paint differences can be found in any car. They didn't give any reason for the defects. When I asked for official documents or a written statement about the problems with the paint, they said they couldn't give me any because of company rules. It's important to mention that the Turkish distributor didn't show any interest and seemed dismissive. It felt like they were trying to avoid the situation and indirectly suggesting that I should take the matter to court to find a solution. Even though I had a report from an expert, they didn't help me at all with my problem.
