I Have Been Waiting for Weeks for Citroen Steering Box

Hello, I took my vehicle with VR***YHZSPL***418 Şaşe number (License plate 34 *** 364) to Istanbul General Oto service on May 6 for 45.000 maintenance. Apart from maintenance, I informed them about the problems of my vehicle. Your authorized service showed the necessary importance to solve the problems regarding maintenance and problems. I was informed that the steering box had to be changed due to one of these problems and that it was ordered abroad. I waited until May 22, but the spare part was not supplied until then. I then sent an e-mail to Citroen customer service. They called me and took care of the issue, but the spare part could not be supplied until now.
