Citroen C4 X Oil Leak After 90000 Km Service - Timing Belt Maintenance Error

We took our Citroen C4 X to the Çekmeköy Öztek authorized service for its 90,000 km maintenance, just as we had done for previous services, and the timing belt kit was replaced during this maintenance. About a month later, the vehicle displayed a low engine oil warning, and we were stranded on the road in Kocaeli. With roadside assistance, the car was towed to Nazer Citroën. After their inspection, it was determined that the vehicle was leaking oil from the oil pan and the turbo hose. We were told that this issue resulted from improper work done during the 90,000 km maintenance. It was purely by chance that we happened to be in a safe area; otherwise, this failure could have caused a life-threatening situation. Since this is a company vehicle, it is used actively in the field 24/7. Despite this, the vehicle remained in the service center from 17.11.2025 to 21.11.2025, and since no replacement vehicle was provided, our company’s operations were disrupted. We contacted Citroën customer service and the authorized services during this period, but received no resolution from Çekmeköy Öztek—the service that originally handled the maintenance—or from customer service. Because the vehicle was towed to another service point, only that service assisted us. We request that the issue on our vehicle, license plate 34 KCH 736, be evaluated as a post-maintenance fault and that our company’s resulting losses and inconvenience be addressed and compensated.
