Citroen Service Complaint Not Resolved Despite Promises From Headquarters

I didn’t want to believe the negative comments I saw on Google and heard from others about Citroen services, but not only has my issue not been resolved, I have also been treated in a rude and scolding manner. The headquarters promised to address my grievance about two weeks ago, saying they would resolve it, yet I can only reach them if I initiate contact. Neither has my problem been fixed nor have I received any updates. I request that this matter be handled in accordance with the standards of “customer satisfaction and resolution of grievances” and that I be informed of the resolution by 27.10.2025.
