Citroen Regular Maintenance Not Performed Properly

Recently, I took my car to the Izmir Citroen Arkas service station for maintenance. at only 16,000 kilometers btw. The service center shocked me when they told me the steering wheel warranty would not be honored because of a lack of service documents. Citroen's support staff echoed this, saying that the steering wheel's warranty would be voided if it wasn't kept in good working order. They might as well be trying to mess with our heads. They admitted the reasoning behind my argument but still requested that maintenance be done, to which I pointed out that the steering wheel had nothing to do with anything. It's mind-boggling to imagine that routine maintenance could affect even the simplest warranty claim. The fact that they call and expect a perfect score of 10 on their customer satisfaction survey only adds insult to injury so funny how they want a good review even though their service is terrible.
