Urgent Executive Intervention – Immobilized Citroen E-C3 Max

I purchased my brand-new Citroen e-C3 Max (VIN: xxxCBZYA0ST080407, engine no: xxxT2X1016509) on 26 June 2025, and after only 4,354 km it suffered a major electronic failure and has remained immobilized at Bursa İnallar Service since 19 August 2025; the replacement BSI unit arrived defective, leaving me in an exhausting, open-ended wait with no clear timeline, and despite the legal 45-day repair limit being exceeded, my rightful request for a replacement or refund was rejected without explanation, so I urgently request executive action to end this unacceptable ordeal.
