In October 2023, I purchased a brand-new vehicle with zero kilometers on the odometer. Just one week after taking ownership, while washing the car, I noticed several paint defects in various areas. It has been two months since I reported the issue, and they are still in the process of evaluation. Initially, the blame was placed on the dealership, only for the dealership to point fingers at the central office. They are employing tactics to keep the customer at bay, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction.
