Citroen Kept Me Waiting 20 Days for C3 Bodywork Parts
We took our Citroën C3 to the authorized service center Nev in Tarabya, Istanbul, Turkey on June 24, 2025, to repair bodywork damage. The required parts were ordered on June 26, but even after 20 days, they still haven’t arrived, and the repair hasn’t even started. When we contacted the service center, they told us the parts were being shipped from abroad. A company that sells thousands of cars doesn’t even have two doors in stock. Stay away from Citroën, Opel, and Peugeot—they don’t even keep the most basic parts available. We’ve been waiting 20 days for a simple part after a minor accident, and we still have no idea when it will arrive.
It has been 45 days and they still haven't been able to supply 2 C3 doors. You sell thousands of vehicles but can't keep 2 doors in stock—can you act this arbitrarily and carelessly in a European country? Of course not. You found an ownerless country and do whatever you want.
