After a small collision, I brought my car in for the third visit to have the back bumper corrected; yet, they have not discovered a suitable fix. The damage is small and should be simple to repair, yet the service crew has not been able to correctly address it or provide the car back to me in excellent condition. I feel as though I am being given the runaround since I now have a partially fixed car. To enable me to at last have my car fixed appropriately, I am asking Citroen France to intervene and handle this problem. Such a lack of answers for a basic issue is frustrating.
