Citroen C5 Aircross Safety Defect - Rear Pads Failed at 12,000 km

The rear pads of my C5 Aircross model vehicle with plate number 34 mce 692, which I bought brand new from Citroen, became completely unusable when it was only 12,000 km old. Saturday September 27, 2025 I applied to Avek oto authorized service. However, the service and Citroen customer services stated that they could not make the lining replacement under warranty on the grounds that the vehicle had exceeded the limit of 6 months or 10,000 km. The fact that the rear pads wear out in such a short time is a serious production and safety error. I absolutely do not accept Citroen's avoidance of this responsibility. If my problem is not resolved free of charge under warranty, I will immediately initiate legal proceedings and damage your brand's reputation by sharing this attitude on all social media and consumer platforms. I declare that I will use all my legal rights to the fullest extent.
