On August 19, 2024, I intended to fund a Google Ads campaign but accidentally transferred ₺3,000 to the wrong account through Citibank. The payment was made to the following IBAN: TR29 0009 2* 0000 0092 1*** 31**, with the recipient listed as Google Ireland Limited. I also mistakenly included the reference 92137031 Citrix, which is unrelated to the transaction.
This was a clear transfer error, and the funds were not used for any intended service. I’m urgently requesting that this mistakenly sent ₺3,000 be refunded to my account.
Citibank and Google, please review the transaction and take prompt action to reverse the payment. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and professionally.
