Citibank Demands Payment for a Debt I Settled 15 Years Ago, Ruining My Credit

In 2009, I fully paid off my debt to Citibank, yet a lawsuit remains open, and they are now demanding additional payment to close it. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I am at a loss for what to do. Despite reaching out to CİMER for assistance, I have received no resolution. Due to this unresolved issue, I have been blacklisted for 15 years, severely damaging my credit and financial standing. It is deeply frustrating that such a long-standing matter remains unresolved despite my efforts to address it. I demand immediate action from Citibank to close this case, clear my credit record, and provide proper acknowledgment of my original payment. Enough is enough!
