Chipotle App Failed to Process My Online Order and Manager Was Unhelpful

Recently, using the Chipotle app, I made an online purchase hoping for a speedy and flawless pickup. After a demanding workday, I planned to pick dinner for my family on the way home. When I got to the restaurant at the agreed-upon pickup time, J***, the manager, told me there was no such order entered into their system. Not sure, I provided J*** the proof of payment from my bank and order confirmation. Rather than helping, he instructed me dismissively to reorganise using the app without any justification. Two more irate consumers mentioned having the same problem with their online orders when I tried to reorder. Chipotle's lack of responsibility and bad customer service really let down me.
