Shortly after I bought my Chery Tiggo7 Pro vehicle, I visited the dealership service center due to low oil levels, a noise coming from the left front shock absorber, and a vibration when pressing the brakes. After checking, they told me everything was normal, only tightened the steering joint, and said it would be reviewed again during the 5,000 km maintenance if the issues continued. I went back three more times because of the same noise and vibration, and each time I was told it was still considered normal. Now, at 19,500 km, both the shock absorber noise and the vibration have reached an unbearable level. When I asked about it today, they told me the issue was probably from the disc and that replacing it would cost ₺20,000, which isn’t covered under warranty because Chery allegedly provides only a 3,000 km warranty for this. I’m now asking Chery directly—are you joking with your customers? Is this your strategy: tell the service centers to say “it’s normal,” wait for the warranty to expire, and then claim it’s user error so you can charge for repairs? Is this really an acceptable brand approach when the legal rules are so clear? How can something that was called normal several times suddenly cost ₺20,000 to fix? I wash my vehicle myself in the garden; the only water it touches on the road is rain. Should the discs be replaced already? Is this what we get for buying a new vehicle for the first time? When I first visited the service, one of the staff even told me these vehicles are poor quality, they flex, and everything was normal—I documented this in my initial complaint, and now what I’m experiencing only proves it. The door and sunroof have been adjusted multiple times. Now, the leather on the driver's seat is coming apart from the inside, the seat belt plastic is deformed, there is constant knocking on the left side, and serious vibration when braking. So I ask again: is your material quality really as poor as your own service staff admitted? I want all of these problems permanently resolved under warranty and for the safety of my family and me to be ensured. We’re waiting for a real solution.
