My Chery Tiggo 7 Accident Repair Experience: High Costs and Lack of Support

I am the owner of a Chery Tiggo 7. Unfortunately, I had an accident on July 2nd. When I took my car to the Ankara Chery Tan Oto Damage Department on July 3rd, they estimated that the damage would cost approximately 100,000₺, and even minor scratches or repairable parts would likely be replaced. I then took my car to a body shop in the industrial area, where I was told the damage would only cost around 20,000-30,000₺ and not many parts needed replacement.
On Friday, July 12th, the body shop informed me that some parts were needed, so I called the Ankara Tan Oto Damage Repair and Spare Parts Department. I also visited the spare parts department of the Ankara Mengerler Chery Dealer in person, intending to purchase these parts. However, both dealers refused to sell me the parts because I was not having the repairs done there. Consequently, I had to order the parts from another dealer outside the city. Now, my car, which should have been ready in a few days, is sitting in the shop for an additional one to two weeks waiting for parts, causing inconvenience to my family.
On July 12th, I called the Chery General Directorate to file a complaint, and they said they would look into it, but nothing has been done. Now, I have questions for you:
Why would the damage cost be estimated at 100,000₺ at the Chery Service when the actual repair cost is only 20,000-30,000₺?
According to the Ministry of Trade regulations, a distributor or dealer is required to provide spare parts for a vehicle they import for 10 years. How can both dealers refuse to sell me parts just because I am not having the repairs done there?
How can a newly established Chery dealer that claims "customer satisfaction is important to us" ignore my inconvenience?
In summary, I will report this issue to the necessary authorities and share my experience with everyone. I am also preparing a letter in Chinese to send to Chery's management in China. Due to this frustrating process, I plan to sell my car at the earliest opportunity. Respectfully, this is a warning to anyone considering buying a Chery vehicle.
Progress
Unfortunately, Chery Turkey has been inadequate in this matter. The dealerships are telling me that they can't sell the parts, which I found out when I called to ask about the progress. Chery Turkey doesn't even bother to get back to me and inform me. I had to have my car assembled with broken parts until the parts I ordered from out of town arrived. When the new parts arrive, I will have them installed by paying for additional labor. I was very satisfied with my car, but as of now, I will sell it at the first opportunity, and Chery is a thing of the past for me. Chery Turkey has not stood behind this issue, and I will also convey this matter to the factory with a petition. Regards.
Hello, Engin I., Following our meeting with you, information has been sent to you, and a review will be conducted. Best regards, CHERY TURKEY
I would like to thank all the friends who commented. Unfortunately, Chery Turkey has been inadequate in this matter. The dealers explain to me that they are selling parts, and I learn this when I call to ask about the progress. Chery Turkey doesn't even bother to return my calls. I had my car assembled with broken parts until parts arrived from out of town. When the new parts arrive, I will have them installed with additional labor. I was very satisfied with my car, but as of this moment, I will sell it at the first opportunity, and my history with Chery is over. Regards.
