Due to the damage to my vehicle, I took it to Chery Izmir HMT service on September 2. I requested the repairs to be done through my insurance policy, and on the same day, they collected the necessary documents and photos related to the vehicle. They told me, "We will open your damage file and inform you." After 10 days, I found out from the service that no file had been opened. I went back to the service, explained the situation, and they opened the damage file that day. However, since then, there has been no progress. Despite calling the service multiple times, I haven’t been able to get any information about when my vehicle will be repaired. They keep saying, "The service is very busy, we will inform you." Today is October 9, and it's been more than a month, but my vehicle still hasn’t been taken in for service. The only issue is replacing the rear trunk lid, and it doesn’t require much labor. If this continues, I’m wondering how many more months we will have to wait for the HMT service, considering the parts supply and repair time. Our vehicle is a disabled-access vehicle, and we use it to take my paralyzed father to the hospital for physical therapy. Since we use a wheelchair, we need to use the trunk. I urgently expect assistance regarding this situation with your service, which has left us in a difficult position. Thank you.
