Hello, I downloaded the ChatGPT app about a month ago. At first, everything was fine—I created two or three images and was impressed. But then I received a “limit reached” warning, which I understood, assuming I’d need to wait a few days. However, 10 days later, I was suddenly logged out of my account without explanation. It took a lot of effort to finally log back in, and once I did, the issues just got worse.
Now, whenever I try to ask a question or seek help on a topic, the app keeps displaying random, meaningless text like “AA BB.” This completely ruins the experience and makes the app unusable. I didn’t subscribe to ChatGPT just to get locked out and see gibberish responses. This needs to be fixed immediately. I’m asking for proper support or at least a clear explanation of what’s going wrong with my account.
