I purchased a ChatGPT Plus membership, but the app started encountering errors while using DALL-E to create images. It seems like our money went to waste! There's no one to address my concerns urgently! Why isn't there a customer service or live chat service to quickly resolve such issues? As a teacher, this was an app I needed, but I couldn't use it. Additionally, it sometimes constructs sentences backward or in inverted order. There are many errors that need to be corrected. I request my issue to be investigated as soon as possible.
