Character.ai Premium Account Locked in Endless Withpersona Age Verification Loop

I have been experiencing an age verification issue for the past few days on the c.ai application, where I hold a Premium subscription processed through Withpersona.com. Whenever I open the app, a prompt appears stating that I must complete age verification; however, even though I complete the required verification steps entirely, returning to the application presents the exact same barrier repeatedly as if I had never verified my age at all.

I attempted to resolve this issue by completing the age verification process 3–4 times, but the result remains unchanged and I am still unable to use the app. This problem recurs every single time I launch the app on my Android device, preventing me from using the service despite paying for a Premium subscription. My account username is drlng_0001.

I demand that the age verification block be removed so my account functions normally, and that my subscription period be compensated for the duration I was unable to access the service.
