Chamspy App Tracking My Galaxy S23 Without Consent

I recently discovered that the Chamspy tracking and message-reading service has been used on my Galaxy S23 without my consent. For approximately one week, my messages have been monitored and read through your tracking system, even though I am an adult, 40 years old, and not a minor. This situation is a serious and unacceptable violation of my privacy and, in my view, clearly constitutes unlawful surveillance. I have tried to find a way to report this through your channels, but there is no clear link or option that directly addresses my problem, so I have been unable to resolve the issue via your support. I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that my private communications and personal data have been accessed in this way through your service. I demand that you urgently investigate this situation, identify who created the Chamspy account and who initiated the tracking of my device and messages, and provide me with this information in a clear and documented manner. In addition, I expect full compensation for this major breach of my privacy and for any damage or distress caused by the unauthorized use of your tracking service on my phone. I also request that all data collected from my device via your service be permanently deleted and that written confirmation of this deletion be provided to me.
