Eyezy Renewed My Subscription Without Notice and Took Payment Despite No Usage
In January 2024, I created a subscription for the Eyezy Kids monitoring app. I did not use the service at all throughout the entire year. Without sending me any prior email, message, or warning, Eyezy (eye.kid.app) automatically renewed my subscription and charged my credit card without my permission.
This unauthorized renewal is unacceptable. I was never informed that the subscription would renew, and I certainly didn’t approve the payment. My card information was used without my consent, and no notification was sent before or after the charge. This kind of transaction—done silently and without approval—is a violation of consumer rights.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this subscription, a full refund of the amount withdrawn, and confirmation that my account has been permanently terminated. I never used the app and never agreed to a renewal. Eyezy must take responsibility and refund my money immediately.
