I Want To Create New Chamet Account With Same Phone Number

239

I have been experiencing a problem with the Chamet application on my Android phone regarding my account and phone number. About two months ago, I deleted my Chamet account that was registered with my phone number. After that, I wanted to create a new account using the same phone number, but the application shows a message saying that my account cannot be recovered because it was deleted, and it does not allow me to register a new account with this number. I do not want to recover the old account; I only want to create a completely new account using my same phone number. I tried to reach Chamet customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any response. Because of this situation, I have not been able to use Chamet for a long time even though I deleted my old account intentionally. I request that all data belonging to my old Chamet account, which was linked to my phone number, be permanently cleared from your system so that I can register a brand-new account with the same phone number and use the application again without any problems.
