Chamet Face Verification Disabled - Earnings Cannot Be Withdrawn

I have been using the Chamet app and for more than two months I have been unable to withdraw my earnings because of a face verification problem. I currently have a balance of 24 dollars in my Chamet account, but when I go to the withdraw section I receive the error message “Multiple failed of verification. Verification disabled.” and the process does not continue, so I cannot access my money. I request that my face verification on Chamet be properly reviewed and re‑enabled and that the restriction on my account be removed so I can withdraw my 24 dollars without any further issues.
