CFMOTO NK250 Rear Wheel Nut Coming Loose


Hello, in September, I purchased a brand new NK250 from the dealer. Initially, everything seemed normal when I brought it home. However, last week, after purchasing an accessory, I went to an industrial area to install it. There, the mechanic noticed that the rear wheel nut had come loose and advised me to contact the dealer. When I called the dealer, they provided me with the service number, suggesting I could resolve the issue through them. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp, I haven't received any response for weeks, and my messages have gone unnoticed. I've been consistently calling the dealer, but I keep getting brushed off. If the mechanic hadn't noticed and the rear wheel had come off while I was riding, who would be responsible for my safety? I request prompt resolution to my problem.
