CFMOTO CLX 700 Heritage Manifold Fault Unresolved After Repeated Repairs

My 2023 model CFMOTO CLX 700 Heritage motorcycle, which has 2,800 km on it and is still under warranty, developed a manifold fault, after which the engine warning light came on. The error codes P28190 and P28170 are constantly displayed on the dashboard and the problem could not be repaired despite interventions. I took the motorcycle to Üçerler Motor Tuzla in Istanbul on 30.04.2026 for this issue. Although the relevant parts were repaired twice, the fault still persists and the vehicle cannot be used as expected. The statutory 45‑business‑day repair period has already passed, yet the problem regarding the replacement of the part has still not been resolved, and my request for a replacement vehicle was refused. Due to the ongoing fault despite repeated repairs and the expiry of the legal repair period, I am preparing to take the matter to court. I request that my vehicle be replaced or an appropriate solution be provided immediately within the scope of the warranty and my legal rights, and that the unjust refusal of a replacement vehicle be reviewed.
