Vestel Refused to Replace My Damaged Retro Beige Solo Oven Despite Service Report

In August 2024, I purchased a Retro Beige Solo Oven product through Trendyol from an authorized Vestel seller's store. The product's package was delivered without damage, but when the authorized service opened the package, we discovered that the product was bent and damaged. Although the authorized service wrote a report stating that the package was undamaged but the product was damaged, when I contacted customer service, they denied the report written by their own service. They claimed the package was damaged, and that after delivery, another report was written by the service (which I did not receive and did not see). They also told me it was my mistake to have accepted the product, and refused to replace it. Despite the service visiting my address twice and a report being filed stating that the product should be replaced, they still did not replace it and suddenly cut off communication. As a result, based on the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Board, I was contacted today, 17.03.2025, as they were required to make an exchange. However, this time they told me that the Beige color was no longer in production and that they could send a Fuchsia Pink color or a different model, which is a lower-end product. Even though I informed them that the Blue color was available for purchase on Vestel's official sales site, they persistently claimed that there was no stock. I am telling everyone who likes the model of my oven about this terrible experience, and I do not recommend shopping from Vestel to anyone. They have a workflow that absolutely victimizes consumers, is never solution-oriented, and prolongs the process, leaving people desperate. I would not recommend anyone to shop from a company that is unaware of the report written by their own service.
