I purchased the Cerave 473 ml Foaming Cleanser from Dermoface, but when I scanned it in the ÜTS app, it showed the message "product not found." I'm now seriously questioning the authenticity of this product. Considering the price I paid, I expected a legitimate, high-quality item. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I need confirmation that the product is authentic or an immediate replacement or refund. I urge Dermoface to address this issue quickly and provide the support needed to resolve my concerns. If this is a counterfeit, it’s unacceptable for a trusted seller to offer fake products.
