If you paid through CCAvenue and the order shows “awaited”;
• Contact the merchant and CCAvenue support and explain that your payment was made but the order status is awaited
• Provide your transaction ID, order ID, payment date/time, amount, and screenshots or bank statement
Ask them to;
• Check the real-time payment status on CCAvenue (success, pending, or failed)
• Confirm whether the payment is awaiting confirmation, settlement, or callback
• Update the order status or initiate a refund if the payment failed
If the problem persists;
• Save all payment proofs and reference numbers
• File a complaint on Xolvie to track the issue and recover your funds
