I Fulfilled All Cashwin Bonus Terms but They Still Refused to Pay Me
I joined Cashwin and followed every single rule and condition they listed for their bonus offer. I received a trial bonus and turned it into a small win through fair gameplay. However, when I attempted to withdraw my earnings, they refused to pay, claiming a “multiple IP usage” violation. I used only my personal device and network, so this excuse makes no sense.
What’s worse is that when I tried to make a real money deposit afterward, they demanded documentation and then blocked the account completion process. It feels like they’re just looking for reasons to deny legitimate players their rightful winnings, whether it’s through bonus conditions or ID verification loopholes.
I’m sharing my experience to warn others not to trust Cashwin. This site is clearly set up to take your money without any intention of paying you fairly. I demand that my winnings be released immediately and urge others to stay away from this platform to avoid being scammed the same way.

On June 11, I requested the payment of my 750 TL winnings, which I obtained from the trial bonus on the Cashwin platform, via bank transfer. My account information is registered with the username 'Nasip33'. Despite fulfilling all the bonus requirements completely, my withdrawal request was not processed and my entire balance in my account was reset to zero.
When I contacted customer service regarding the issue, I was shown usernames that I do not know at all and was told that my winnings would not be paid due to the 'same IP' reason. However, experiencing such a situation on this platform, where I became a member for the first time, has caused me significant distress. Moreover, I have not received any response or been contacted for two months.
I request that my winnings be paid in full and that my grievance be resolved.
