On June 11, I requested the payment of my 750 TL winnings, which I obtained from the trial bonus on the Cashwin platform, via bank transfer. My account information is registered with the username 'Nasip33'. Despite fulfilling all the bonus requirements completely, my withdrawal request was not processed and my entire balance in my account was reset to zero.
When I contacted customer service regarding the issue, I was shown usernames that I do not know at all and was told that my winnings would not be paid due to the 'same IP' reason. However, experiencing such a situation on this platform, where I became a member for the first time, has caused me significant distress. Moreover, I have not received any response or been contacted for two months.
I request that my winnings be paid in full and that my grievance be resolved.
