Cash App Took Recurring Charges From My Bank Account Without Consent

My name is Mattie W*** and I am writing about unauthorized recurring charges taken from my linked bank account through Cash App. On three separate dates, February 1, March 16, and May 13, 2026, an amount of 29.99 was withdrawn each time via Cash App without my approval, for a total of 89.97. I noticed these withdrawals and, on May 13, 2026, I contacted Cash App support to report that I did not authorize any recurring payments of 29.99. Cash App support informed me that they would take care of the issue. I am also planning to inform my bank about these unauthorized debits from my account. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount of 89.97 that was withdrawn without my consent and I want any related recurring payment or subscription connected to these 29.99 charges to be permanently cancelled so that no further unauthorized withdrawals occur from my bank account.
