I Still Haven’t Received My ₺350 Carwiz Deposit Refund After 2 Months
My father rented a vehicle from Carwiz Rent A Car on February 12, 2025, at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. He paid a ₺350 deposit at the time of pickup. Despite returning the car properly and more than two months having passed, the deposit has still not been refunded to him. Every time we call, we’re met with new excuses. There is absolutely no reliable point of contact—no one takes responsibility, and no one resolves anything.
We’re tired of being ignored. This is a basic customer right, and Carwiz is clearly failing to deliver. We demand that the deposit be refunded immediately. Enough stalling—return the ₺350 deposit without any further delay. If this continues, we won’t hesitate to escalate the matter through legal channels.
