Carrefour Small Market Owner Physically Assaulted Me Over a Wrong Order

I placed an order from the Carrefour small market at the same address, which included one carton of Camel Deep Blue cigarettes, 2 kg of yogurt, a pack of 15 eggs, and 1 kg of butter. When my order arrived two hours later, my daughter received it. However, upon checking the bag, I found two packs of eggs instead of one, the wrong type of cigarettes (Camel Slender Blue instead of Deep Blue), and no receipt was included. Unable to understand the breakdown of the ₺1622 I had paid and wanting to exchange the cigarettes, I went to the store on January 26, 2025, around 4:00 PM. When I explained the situation—stating that the yogurt was missing, two packs of eggs had been included instead, the cigarettes were incorrect, and I needed to see the receipt for clarification—the store owner, İ**** B****, responded aggressively. He rudely said, "We bring the service to your doorstep; what more do you want?" before cursing at me, shouting, "Get out of my store!" He then grabbed a handful of plastic bags and began hitting me on the head and body. When I insisted, saying, "You cannot throw me out; just give me my cigarettes," he continued to curse, pushed me, and attempted to forcefully remove me from the store. As a result, my handbag was thrown in one direction while I was pushed in another. After he finally forced me out, a female employee handed me my bag and immediately locked the doors. I am filing a complaint against İ**** B****, the store owner, for physically assaulting me, humiliating me in front of others, and behaving in a completely inappropriate manner toward a customer. The fact that someone so prone to violence is managing a store in a chain supermarket poses a serious threat to all customers, especially women. As a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, I demand justice and appropriate action to be taken. I am deeply disappointed that a corporate company like Carrefour has ignored my complaint and taken no action against this incident.
