Unexpected CapCut Charge on iPhone — How to Get a Refund from Apple
Right after my CapCut iOS app trial period ended, $23 was withdrawn from my account without any prior notice. Using my account with ID number 5920****54 and username “Sila K.”, this payment was made today through the Apple Store from my bank account.
During the trial period, I did not receive any warning or notification indicating that I would be charged. The payment was completely unexpected, and I was not shown any agreement or confirmation screen when starting the subscription or the trial. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I live in Izmir, and as a student, this amount is quite significant for me. I urgently request that the entire $23 be refunded to my account and that I receive a prompt response regarding this issue.
