CapCut Free Trial Charged - Subscription Cancelled, Refund Needed
On October 6, 2025, I confirmed the start of a free trial on the CapCut app via the iOS platform. Although I only approved the free trial, a charge of ₺999.99 was withdrawn from my account after the trial period ended. I had canceled my subscription before the trial expired, yet the fee was still charged, and I currently have no access to the paid features. I was unable to contact CapCut or Apple Support, as I couldn’t find any available contact number. My CapCut account is registered under the email address “p***@gmail.com.” I am requesting a refund for this unfair charge and wish to ensure that such an issue does not happen again.
