I Face Unauthorized Charge on CapCut After My Refund Request Was Approved

-I purchased a CapCut subscription but was not satisfied with the service, so I submitted a refund request shortly after my purchase. My refund request was approved, and I expected the charge to be reversed promptly.
However, despite this approval, the subscription fee was still deducted from my card. This situation is completely unacceptable. How can a company approve a refund and still proceed with charging the customer’s card? I checked my bank statement, and the charge has already been processed.
This has caused me financial frustration and a loss of trust in CapCut's payment processes. I explicitly request the immediate return of the amount charged to my card and a clear explanation of why the refund approval was not honored.
