CapCut Charged Me Twice for Pro – Still No Refund or Support Response

I purchased the Pro version of CapCut, but my card was charged twice for the same subscription. When I checked the official site, I noticed they mentioned this issue could happen occasionally and provided an email for refund requests. I followed their instructions and sent an email immediately, explaining the duplicate charge and requesting a refund for the second transaction.
It’s been several days, and I still haven’t received any response. No confirmation, no update, absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable from a platform used by millions. I expect CapCut to urgently refund the extra charge and respond to my email without further delay. Please resolve this now.
