CapCut Double Charged My Subscription – Requesting Immediate Refund

I have a monthly subscription that I regularly renew. Last night at 21:58, I renewed my subscription, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, at 22:37—just 39 minutes later—CapCut charged me again for the same subscription.

This duplicate charge is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund for the second, incorrect transaction. I have tried to find a way to contact CapCut regarding this issue, but there seems to be no clear customer support channel available.

I expect an immediate resolution and a refund for the extra charge. Please address this issue as soon as possible and ensure that it does not happen again.
