Google Play Billed Me for CapCut Premium I Never Purchased

On October 6, a ₺200 charge appeared on my mobile bill under the CapCut app through Google Play. However, I did not authorize or initiate this purchase. The same issue happened before, and at that time, the fee was refunded. Unfortunately, the problem has occurred again today.

My phone bill only contains a notification message about the charge — there is no order code or transaction number listed. The payment was billed through my Turkcell mobile account. I tried reaching customer service for assistance, but I was unable to connect with anyone.

I do not wish to pay for a service I didn’t use or approve. I request that the ₺200 charge be immediately refunded, and I ask that steps be taken to prevent unauthorized transactions like this from happening again.
