CapCut Wrongful Billing Complaint

I use the CapCut app on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra phone. On October 1, 2025, an amount of 999.99 TL was charged from my account through Google Play, even though I do not have any active subscription. It seems that I unintentionally approved the purchase, but I canceled the subscription immediately afterward.

Since then, I have tried to request a refund both via Google Play and by contacting the CapCut support team, but I have not received any reply. This was a one-time charge, and I have never faced this problem before.

I live in Bursa, Turkey, and I am requesting that my issue be resolved urgently and that the 999.99 TL taken from my account be refunded.

I expect this matter to be handled promptly.
