Hello, I purchased the CapCut Pro annual package but didn’t receive any confirmation that the transaction had gone through on the first attempt. Thinking the payment hadn’t processed, I tried again, only to realize later that I was charged twice for the Pro package. I am requesting an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. I hope CapCut addresses this issue promptly and refunds the extra payment. Thank you, and I look forward to your response to resolve this matter.
