CapCut Charged Me During A Free 7-Day Trial Without Warning

I used the 7-day free standard subscription trial offered in the CapCut application. After starting this subscription, which was clearly presented as a free trial, I only exported one video. However, without seeing any confirmation screen or warning, approximately $5 was charged to my mobile line through Google Play and Paysell, and this amount was added directly to my phone bill.

I absolutely do not accept being charged during what was supposed to be a free 7-day trial period. The deduction was made less than approximately one hour after the transaction, which both surprised me and caused serious inconvenience.

The transaction was made through the Google account registered under the name Mehmet Ç*****.

I already submitted feedback regarding this issue, but I have not received any explanation or response. I request a full refund of the approximately $5 that was unfairly charged and also expect users to be clearly and transparently informed during these so-called “free trial” subscription processes in the future.
