I Face AI Token Limit Issues and Unfair Usage Depletion on My Canva Pro Account
I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with the AI usage limit on my Canva Pro subscription. While designing with Canva’s AI features, the system often makes incorrect edits or layout changes, forcing me to spend additional tokens repeatedly just to fix those errors. As a result, my monthly AI usage quota runs out very quickly, even though I’m paying for a Pro membership.
This problem has been ongoing for over a month, and it occurs on both the Android app and desktop version. I pay ₺100 monthly for my Pro plan using my debit card, and my registered account email is b********@gmail.com**. When I contacted Canva’s AI assistant, I was told that this limitation “applies to everyone” and that no solution could be provided — which is unacceptable for a paid service.
I request that Canva either remove the AI usage limit entirely for Pro users or restore the tokens that were wasted due to system errors. It’s unreasonable for paying users to lose their AI credits because of platform malfunctions or inaccurate edits caused by Canva’s own AI system.
