Lost Access to Candy Crush Progress Due to Email Account Issue

I had progressed significantly in Candy Crush, but I mistakenly entered the wrong email address and now I can't change it or remember the email password. I also can't recall the password from years ago. Unfortunately, during this time, I changed my phone and now I can't access my account at all. Please address this issue promptly.
