I’m Stuck at Level 800 in Candy Crush Saga After Reaching 11,000+ Levels

I've been playing Candy Crush Saga for years and have reached over 11,000 levels. However, after getting a new device, every time I log in, it takes me back to the 800s, even though I always log in through Facebook.

It's incredibly frustrating to lose so much progress, especially in 2024 when this shouldn’t be happening. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately so I can continue playing at my correct level. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
