CamScanner Documents Disappeared After App Update, Request Restoration

I have been using the CamScanner CS app on iOS since 2020 with the free version. Until recently I could see and access all my scanned documents without any problem. After a recent app update, I realized that all documents dated after 15 July 2026 are no longer visible in the app. When I open the application, the folders appear, but every document I created after that date seems to be missing. A storage‑related message appeared, but I did not expect this to result in the loss of my existing files. The missing documents are extremely important and contain very sensitive and critical information for me. Their recovery is not just a preference but absolutely vital, and any loss is unacceptable. I have already tried basic steps such as restarting my phone and logging out and back into the app, but nothing has changed and the documents are still not visible. I urgently request that all my missing documents be recovered and restored. I expect you to treat this as a priority case and to clearly explain what you will do to recover these VVIP‑important files and prevent such data loss from happening again.
